BGRCC Bulletin for March 25, 2010 - Supplement
A great big thank you to all of the volunteers we have had this year. You have made things easier for a lot of new computer users. Monday, Wednesday and Friday sessions for tutorials have been well attended. We are discussing having them again next year at possible different times so the volunteers can have lunch. :>) Doug will send more information on this later.
We have enjoyed a SIG on photography by Jim Antley and he has consented to do the web pages for us at bgrcc.com. We look forward to seeing the new changes in store for us in the coming season.
John Abbott has volunteered to have a special interest group (SIG) on Friday afternoons from 3:15 until 6:15. John is our Linus geek but promises to include open source materials that are applicable to all PC users. Of course he said that he will help everyone over come their fear of using Linux. I can tell you from my experience in being a new user, that it is easy to use, and of course it is quicker and safer than any other Operating System I have used. It is all I have on my laptop.

A big thank you for the cards and gifts sent our way. It was a real surprise and will be used by us on computer stuff.
EHUGS from Gary Bernier, Doug Peace and Corinne Higbee.
